Q.What if my item does not sell once the auction closes?
If the auction ends without a winning bidder, we will list the auction a second time, for free*! If by chance it doesn't sell the second time, you have the option of coming down and picking up your item(s), or donating your item to a charity or not-for-profit organization that is registered with Auction-Smart.

Q.How long does the average auction last?
The average auction time is 7 days. There is also the option for 1 day, 3 day, 5 day, and 10 day auctions (an additional fee applies to 10 day auctions).

Q.How long before I receive my check?
Items will be listed on eBay within 2 weeks (often much sooner). You will receive a check 2 to 3 weeks after we have received payment from the buyer.
